Athletics are an important part of American Heritage School’s extra-curricular offerings to students. All athletics are facilitated in harmony with the mission statement and are available to students in grades 7-12. Sports offered include cross country (Fall), basketball (Fall-Winter), and soccer (Spring).

Cross Country

• Students in grades 7-12 are eligible to participate.
• Varsity Boys, Varsity Girls
• Tryouts take place in late August
• Season Dates: September through November
